KT has high expectations of its co-workers...and pays for the best! Very competitive starting wages (recent across the board $1/hr raise for hourly co-workers. Starting wage at my store is now $10.70/hr) Access to insurance benefits 401k after one year Company share 40% of its pre-tax profits with EVERY co-worker 40% Pretax profit sharing
