Pros
Ability to transfer to other stores if you move. Great year end bonus. Great POS system. I enjoyed seeing customers come in regularly and got to know them. It is a friendly environment, but can be boring during slow periods. If your co-workers split the shift duties evenly everything is fine, but if they are lazy and you end up doing all the cleaning this job is a drag.
Cons
Twice yearly there is Kwik Clean AKA deep cleaning at the stores. It can be a dirty job. People from all walks of life come in to Kwik Trip which is a pro and a con. The newer stores are MUCH NICER than the smaller older stores. Your experience can be positive or negative depending on your manager. I really hated cooking but I did it anyway. I hated cleaning the deep fryer. Even if you are hired for 2nd shift you still may be asked or schedule to work 1st or 3rd shift. Hours vary. It can be hard to have a set schedule. You have to work weekends and holidays.
