Pros

Very positive environment Decent compensation for type of work Benefits offered to all, regardless whether PT or FT employed

Cons

All employees are required to buy their own uniforms. Promotions aren't that rewarding - tons more responsibility, itty bitty pay increases.

Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required
