Bonus you receieve at the end of the year

Cons

They are a cult like company thats throws a bunch of glam and stuff in your face but there is rarely any training and you seemingly have to know someone to move up. Store leaders are high turnover. Between 2 stores, in a 5 year period, went through 9 store leaders. Insane!

Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required
