Pros
Bonus, $25 gift card on birthday, coworkers are talented, cream of the crop in their respective specialties. Good place to start. Onsite health facility is convenient.
Cons
The hours are long in IT. Do not expect to have much work/life balance if you take a job here. There is almost no opportunity for continuing education, unless you do it on your own time...except that time is usually taken up on special projects that require very long work days. Very little upward mobility in this part of the business. Get experience if you need it then look for someplace with better work life balance. The vacation/sick time is not very good for this profession. There is no relocation assistance given. The health insurance isn't very good either. There are holes in the self managed insurance, and if you fall into one of those areas you will owe a lot of money out of pocket.
