      End of year bonus Free car washes and coffee Half off on meal during break (up to $8 value)

      Cons

      No one held accountable Good workers are reprimanded while the bad workers just get away with everything Management typically gone after 5pm and only 1 on during the weekends No way to rise up in company unless you want to be an assistant store leader or store leader Pay raises are maybe 3% if lucky Terrible training
