Pros

Great location (Hudson, WI) to work at, with an awesome team. Always busy, especially on weekends so the paste of work as always consistent.

Cons

Bad winters where the travel to and from work would be too ridiculous because of the snow.

Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required
