Pros
Great starting pay. Upper management and corporate really do care about you and talk to you by name, not employee #. Small, down to earth company feeling compared to other employers. Great CEO and nice end of year bonus. You work hard and get to see what a difference it makes for the customer.
Cons
Store level management is hit or miss, unfortunately I got the miss. Seems like you aren't appreciated by management. No communication between shifts/Co-workers. Lots of talking behind people's backs. No lunch, just one 10 minute break if you're lucky.
