      Pros

      - Good pay - 40% profit sharing - usually ends up being 8-12% of your yearly pay depending on company performance - Regular raises, usually $0.50, first raise after 90 days - Very flexible with hours & willing to give hours out - Ability to progress somewhat - Tons of locations, so you can transfer stores if you need to

      Cons

      - Location dependent; if you work at a ghetto one with terrible people you'll hate it. It just depends on the area and co-workers on if you'll be robbed or attacked, which is a really low chance anyway - Customers can be rude - You need good time management, or else you'll likely end up leaving late consistently - Hard to find people to cover for you
