      Pros

      Cheap flight tickets, worse benefits than rest of industry. Nice people to work with. Getting out early at around 18:00

      Cons

      Low wage, no chances of getting promoted. Climate is harsh, rotation is pretty high. Load factors of planes are pretty high so chances of flying as an employee are low
