Professional, very competitive environment; mostly everyone is willing to teach and point you in the right direction but you got to work hard and show results in the short term
Cons
"My way or the highway" kind of culture...not a very tolerant environment to explore business alternatives or to innovate. Single bottom line business approach to CSR.
