- Great, young people who work in the department. I think the average age was around 26 years old when I worked in the Revenue Management Department - Lots of social events with coworkers - Friday evening off
Cons
- Limited possibilities for growth, which is why many people leave after 1-2 years - High rotation causes that it can be hard to learn the craft from experienced mentors
