      Pros

      Great pension scheme. Office is a nice location with a subsidised cafeteria in the building.

      Cons

      - incredibly (VERY incredibly) bureaucratic. The organisation has done quite a few mergers and partnerships that have been poorly integrated. Lot of the tech is outsourced - painful onboarding. Upper Management is an old boys club...bulky middle management that have absolutely no say or have no idea what they're doing. Promotion cycles are obscure.
