      Nice environment, Friendly people, Free membership

      Cons

      Poor succession development. Very poor one on one time with leadership. Older employees forgotten about or ignored by leadership. Leadership talked about "family" and "team" atmosphere but the bottom line was that it only mattered as long as their own numbers were good. Department Head became disconnected due to own agenda. 7 year employee, last 4 months worst in my career.

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
