Free membership Nice facilities Convenient location Close to my house

Cons

Corrupt management Terrible pay for highly qualified employees Questionable business practices Unqualified Managers - kids are hired out of high school to manage departments which they are not even remotely qualified to do. They are asked to manage kids that are either their age or older which does not work. The carrot is dangled in their faces and they will stop at nothing to get their bonus........ Department Heads talk negatively about their staff to other staff members. Upper management has no connections to the front line staff members Who wants to work out at this club after they make you work a billion hours......... Mandatory volunteering

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
