Quotas are set so high that you end up working 12hr days AND days off just to make a decent pay check. You can’t take PTO for holidays and quotas won’t be adjusted for so expect to work holidays. Added work load and demands without the pay. Pressure to meet quota to make decent pay causes team members to be shady and to turn on each other creating a very unpleasant work environment.
