Pros
A large amount of freedom in relation to most jobs. Unparalleled quality of facilities. Decent management Ability to work out during shift.
Cons
Management lies about how much you can realistically make. They dont mention the fact that you are in the highest tax bracket due to being commission based. They don't mention the 5% "education" tax that they take every paycheck. The Draw System is almost illegal if you ask me.
