The members, they are why I stayed.

The pay, expectations to pick up filthy trash from the parking lot without gloves, cleaning duties that are not compensated.

Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

Cons

For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
