      Free membership, discounts, growth within the company, relationships created with members

      Very stressful, high expectations with low compensation, no work/life balance, false promises, everyone is unmotivated and unhappy, extremely low internal NPT.

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
