Pros

it was a very fun job, you get to play and have fun with the kids also keeps you up on your feet and moving at all times

Cons

needs better pay, you have to deal with 1-10 year olds all day that is tough, can be stressful

Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

Cons

For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
