      Pros

      Having a love of kids makes the job a lot of fun, free membership to the gym is an awesome perk. There is variety between the Child Center, Summer Camps, Parent's night out, Birthday parties, etc.

      Cons

      If the DH doesn't like you, she will just stop scheduling you and hope you get the hint. As with any childcare job, be ready to be exposed to a lot of germs. Not many chances for advancements or raises.

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
