      Pros

      Life Time Fitness is a premiere fitness facility. After attending other gyms it is obvious that Life Time goes above and beyond to satisfy the member. As a team member, you get all the benefits of a membership, member advantage partnerships with external companies, plus additional in-house discounts.

      Cons

      After being with the company for over a year I have not received a raise. I was supposed to have a yearly review, but it never happened. Life Time needs to pay their team members more. Yes, we get a free membership but I don't think that is a big enough compensation. Additionally, I was shocked to hear that my manager only makes a dollar more per hour than I do.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
