free membership, very clean, nice boss, flexible hours, fair pay

Cons

cafe was expensive, had to go through U-Swim course even though i was already WSI certified

Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

Cons

For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
