Pros

The free membership was the best part of compensation, I didn't take advantage of the benefits package i heard they were not that good.

Cons

The pay scale is horrible, although there is room to advance it monetarily is not worth much.

Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

Cons

For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
