      Pros

      Good pay, very easy to make A LOT of money, the opportunity to dabble in many facets of the business, high energy atmosphere, generally great atmosphere working in club, entrepreneurially-minded individuals will love the challenge, innovative ideas are constantly circulating as a company.

      Cons

      Some may think workload is too much, unconventional hours, it's also very easy to NOT make a lot of money ... it all depends on drive, not a job for someone who is used to sitting at a desk hoping to collect a paycheck.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
