      Pros

      Free membership, Fun atmosphere, Free membership =P This was a good job for when I was in high school. They offered flexible work hours. They didn't hassle you about switching shifts or time off by making you first ask a supervisor or some other things I have heard employees do, we just had to put our hours in a book and hope someone signed up for them.

      Cons

      The pay was pretty low $7.50 ... even for a high school job that was pretty low in my area. But since I was just doing it to get some money for leisure it was fine.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
