Pros

I can honestly say the free gym member ship is the only pro.

Cons

Lets see, the gym member ship is a pro although, I never get to use it because we are so understaffed that when I want to work out I either have to cover a shift or avoid lifetime altogether to avoid the shift. I have been here for well over two years and I make next to nothing. They act like you do not know how to preform your job when we know how to better than the managers because, we do it everyday, not just the day before the audits. You are not respected, and will not be noticed, Never get a job at lifetime fitness, unless you plan on sucking your way to the top like the slithering managers we have now. Everyone is under paid which the department heads use to give hopes of a raise if you stab everyone in the back and do every unmoral thing they ask. Another thing they have started is giving us tasks, a minimum of 25 per shift. They have absolutely no moral value, the day you are gone is the day they for get you ever existed. They try to set traps for you so they can have a reason to write you up because they are always trying to hire new people to fill your spot just encase you fail one of her tests.

Pros

Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

Cons

Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
