      Pros

      Great employess at the ground level.

      Cons

      Horrible corporate and leadership from the top. The way they operate and pay their wonderful employees is below any standard. It is terribly sad to see each employee come to work wondering if they will have a job that day. Those with great value to the company are the first to go if their salary gets too high. No warnings before firing.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
