      Pros

      -Free gym membership -Flexible hours -Discounted services -Worked around a school schedule

      Cons

      -Worked there for almost 3 years, never received a raise. When I asked about higher wage they told me that "the economy is bad" so no one was getting a pay increase. -Had me come in an hour after my grandfathers funeral to work "the busiest day of the year." But when a managers family member passed they received a week off of work. -Hardly ever given break time through out the day.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
