      The online training is extensive and helps prepare you for the position before you start work at the gym location.

      Cons

      Pay per hour is low compared to other part-time entry level positions I have had before.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
