      Pros

      I did not experience any pros.

      Cons

      Commercial vision - only concerned about revenue as it relates to contribution margin to corporate. (All about the numbers and upselling.) No investment in facility (old, outdated, broken amenities and equipment) and no investment in developing or positively recognizing team members or programming. No response or support about legitimate concerns. Overtime (for salaried employees) and low wages are the norm. (No work/ life balance.) No opportunities for growth in career or pay. (Topic discouraged or misrepresented.) Toxic culture. (Gossip.) Unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
