      Pros

      Life Time send me to training which was all paid for All of my managers and area directors have been really supportive and helpful It is a great environment to work because of contests and bonuses all the time.

      Cons

      You work as hard as you want. With it being 100% commission you can find yourself working long days and the hours aren't great for work life balance

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
