      Pros

      I worked there when I was a student, and they offer good schedules based on what you can do. Often times you can also get someone to cover your shifts if something happens last minute. The work environment was really fun and you meet a lot of people.

      Cons

      They were really hesitant on giving people raises even if they have been there for over a year... I was on my knees for a 50 cent raise so the most I was ever making there was 12.50 which is unacceptable nowadays. There was also a lot of gossip, but I'm not sure if it was just my gym, but it would get spicy sometimes at work.

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
