      Great starting place for my first supervisory position, amazing benefits if you are a gym goer, excellent career growth opportunities and work culture

      pay is not that high at but that also depends on which gym location you work at

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
