      Gym Membership Gym Membership Gym Membership Access to every club in the US and Canada and lastly a Gym Membership

      Cons

      Racist customers who look down at you as if you don't belong Coworkers who use micro-agressions and slurs Micromanagers who use drugs and utilize every opportunity to dehumanize Coworkers from other departments disrespecting cafe staff daily Disrespect from customers daily

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
