      Work life balance, opportunities to learn and grow. There is a lot of freedom in how you spend your time and effort.

      Cons

      Too much politics. It's not as much about how good is what you do, but who are you friends with and how you sell it.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
