All work is done in US by US and Singapore team is usually doing documentation which is in no way related to our skills 3 . Even extremely self driven individuals will feel lost 4. Need to fight for even the smallest amount of quality work 5. Very likely to feel disengaged and demotivated 6. Benefits sucks, medical coverage is pretty bad 7. Pay is lesser compared to other companies
