      Pros

      The company has a great culture especially in diversity and inclusion. Most colleagues are helpful and friendly

      Cons

      Middle management is poorly trained in delegation leading to micromanagement. The night call schedule is interrupting work life balance, and the same issue has been voiced up all the time, yet not resolved.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
