      Always ambitious and looking to stay ahead of the rest of the trade publishing industry both in terms of its acquisition strategy and its use of technology, workflow and analytics.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
