Pros
It's very comfortable, silent and flexible working environment here. People here are good.
Cons
Here the working process is too outdated and slow. Environment also needs to be charged up for workers to keep enjoying and working but its lacking in this regard. So its not up to the mark if you want to go here as a growth point of view. If you go better than look for more opportunities ahead some where else.
