      Sometimes forced to work with editorial/ marketing for no apparent reason. Sales meetings are very long and prep work is done over holidays. A lot of projects/ busy work to do that have no relevance to your job

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
