      Pros

      Major publisher of all type of books, online materials and curriculum products. They pay well.

      Cons

      Not open to moving people up the ladder or to other offices. HR is pretty non-existent. Upper management is not open or available either.

      Pros

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      Cons

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
