      Pros

      When in office there were free books here and there. Some great colleagues.

      Cons

      Unlivable wages in NYC and doing the work of 3+ people because the company prefers indentured servitude for anyone who's not a trust fund baby. The money is there to increase wages and decrease workload but they're not interested despite year after year record profits. Needs to be aired out as the exploitative industry that it is.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      Cons

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
