      Pros

      supportive management, people are friendly and helping, a sort of transparency between upper and lower level management, got to learn so much while my interning period.

      Cons

      Not any. just that there's a kind of communication gap between the employees itself.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
