      Pros

      Good benefits, currently remaining remote with the option to go into the office, Summer Fridays extended through the year

      Cons

      The pay is still pretty low (as with most traditional book publishers) and my salary was negotiated coming into my position.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
