      Pros

      Best part is MacMillan is having great product mix. Starting from nursery to 12th you will get everything. They do have great incentive plan fir their employees.

      Cons

      Management is less bothered about the challenges employees are facing. If you join forget about your personal life. Toxic work environment.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
