Pros

A good learning environment as you are very much thrown in at the deep end.

Cons

Poor leadership. The divide between the upper hierarchy and middle management are increasing and the flow of information is very mucha need to know basis. Pros

A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

Cons

Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
