Pros
Large company from the Netherlands, with a nice enviroment to work. Makro provides many benefits to its employees and a career plan.
Cons
Employees do not have sometimes a good salary in regards to their positions. The staff should pay attention to the potencial employees who leave the company because there is no opportunity for them to grow with the company. I have been working there for three years, and even if I am fluent in English, there was not any opportunity for me.
