Excellent environment to work, nice people and good colleagues. The company offer courses and training to the employees.
Cons
There are some leaders that have a mindset like from twenty years ago, if you try offer something to innovate on the process or activities at all. They have plans to do it, but it is a little bit slow and sometimes not fulfill the needs.
