Pros

They have one of the best customer services that I have seen. We would have a meeting every morning about how we could improve customer service. The customers are always right and no request was too small or large. If it was a legal request they would do anything in their power to get the customer's request.

Cons

The employees were treated as if they were replaceable at any time. If it came to a choice between a customer’s word and an employee's, the employee would always be fired or punished. The customer was always right.

Not a ton of flexibility in the schedule but with advanced noticed things work out well.

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
